Event at the International Association Znanie’s residence
On May 17, 2018, a series of events of particular relevance to the International Academic Accreditation and Certification Committee took place at the International Knowledge Association (IKA) Council of Presidents of the International Academy of Engineering (IIA) at the residence:
1. A Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of professional competencies was signed between the following parties: International Academy of Engineering (IEA), International Association “Knowledge” with UN General Consultative Status, Interstate Committee of the CIS countries on Extension of Knowledge and Continuing Adult Education, International Academic Accreditation and Attestation Committee (IAAC).
2. The ceremony of awarding diplomas to specialists certified by the IAAC was held: Efim Mikhailovich Malitikov, President of the International Association “Znanie”, Chairman of the Interstate Committee of the CIS countries on dissemination of knowledge and adult education (RF), Samuel Ying, founder of the international award “Tan” (Taiwan), Madina Salavatovna Bayanbulova, practicing psychologist (Kazakhstan), Omar Falhut, doctor of the ophthalmology department No 1 of the first branch of the Botkin City Hospital. S.P. Botkin City Clinical Hospital (Russian Federation).
3. Protocols of joining the Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of professional competence were signed by Archil Iverievich Prangishvili, President of Georgian Engineering Academy, Ahad Khanakhmed oglu Jahnakhmedov, Chief Scientific Secretary, Vice President of Azerbaijan Engineering Academy, Sergey Ashotovich Minasyan, President of Armenian Engineering Academy, Abdusamatov Munimjon, Vice President of Tajikistan Engineering Academy.
Signing of the Memorandum
The official part of the event was opened by the President of International Academy of Engineering, RAS Corresponding Member Boris Vladimirovich Gusev.
After signing the Memorandum of Cooperation the President of the International Association “Znanie”, the Chairman of the CIS Interstate Committee on Dissemination of Knowledge, Efim Mikhailovich Malitikov addressed the audience with a welcoming speech.
Tatyana K. Sergeeva, President of the International Academic Accreditation and Attestation Committee introduced the participants of the event to the system of professional attestation of higher qualification according to the UNESCO standards.
Awarding of diplomas by the IAAC
After signing of joint documents, the ceremony of awarding diplomas to professionals certified by the IAACA was held.
The highest international professional degree Doctor of Management in Leadership was awarded to E.M. Malitikov “… for his outstanding contribution to the development of current projects of human development, creation and effective management of the international association “Knowledge”, management of intergovernmental structures for the successful implementation of UN programs, for the success in preparing leaders of non-governmental organizations of a new type capable of proactive action in the realities of the 21st century.
The highest international professional degree of Doctor of Management in Leadership is awarded to Samuel Yen-Liang Yin “… for his outstanding contribution to the positioning of the world professional elite through the creation and effective management of the International Charitable Foundation of Higher Professional Recognition Tang Prize Foundation” (Samuel Yin diplomas were presented to Boris Vladimirovich Gusev, President of International Engineering Academy for his doctoral candidate).
The scientific title of Professor of Psychology is awarded to the practicing psychologist Madina Bayanbulova (Republic of Kazakhstan) “… for her significant contribution to education in the field of psychology of traditional medicine by methods of spiritual healing and artistic creation”.
The academic title of Professor of Ophthalmology is awarded to Omar Falkhut, the doctor of the 1st ophthalmology department of the first branch of S.P. Botkin State Clinical Hospital “… for significant contribution in research of problems of eye microsurgery, development of innovative methods of cataract and glaucoma surgery and staff training in the field of ophthalmology”.

After the diploma awarding ceremony, the Vice-President of Russian Academy of Engineering (RIA), Chairman of the ISTC Coordination Committee Anatoly A. Speransky made a scientific report on the topic “2019 – International Year of the 150th Anniversary of Publication (1869) of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements”. This concluded the official program of the meeting. The protocol part of the event was provided by the IAAC staff members Svetlana Vyacheslavovna Sidorova and Anna Alexandrovna Yaremenko. In a warm friendly atmosphere, under the sounds of a unique piano guests exchanged impressions, made friends, established business and friendly contacts.
The evening continued with a light banquet with champagne. No one wanted to leave the warm and cozy atmosphere, new and old acquaintances, interesting people, and the unique interior of the Residence.
The participants of the meeting expressed their deep gratitude to Efim Mikhailovich Malitikov, President of the International Association “Knowledge”, Chairman of the CIS Interstate Committee on Knowledge Dissemination, for the opportunity to spend this unforgettable day in the International Association ” Znanie ” residence.
